Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt:
Marcel Borkowiak ist Wirtschaftsingenieur Maschinenbau mit Vertiefung Vertriebs- und Produktmanagement, ausgebildete Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und zertifizierter Qualitätsbeauftragter. Seit Anfang 2025 leitet er als Gesamtverantwortlicher die Hoffmeier Akademie. Er verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Produktion und insbesondere im Bereich der Montage – von der Instandhaltung bestehender Anlagen bis hin zu komplexen Neubauprojekten. In seiner Rolle verantwortet er die Koordination, Organisation und strategische Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Schulungsangebots und sorgt für praxisorientierte, bedarfsgerechte Weiterbildungslösungen.
