\n\t\t\t\tThe honest and direct exchange at NIRO with other occupational health and safety experts helps me a lot with my daily challenges. It's nice to know that we all have the same tasks and goals in occupational health and safety and that you're not alone.Especially during the challenging coronavirus years, the regular, personal exchange with managers from other companies in the coronavirus group that was set up at NIRO helped me considerably to make the most of this time for our company. The contacts I made there still exist today and enable me to exchange ideas with colleagues from other companies without any red tape. \n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

By pooling requirements, the negotiating groups, which are made up of purchasing managers from the member companies, have a good basis for negotiating with suppliers. Through higher volumes, we achieve negotiation successes together and benefit as a company from noticeable effects. Suppliers benefit from a reliable and attractive customer pool with high sales potential. For example, at the meetings of the Shipping, Foreign Trade and Logistics working group, companies give each other recommendations for action on company-specific issues.
