In 2012, our academy was designed by production companies for production companies. It started as a management academy with numerous training courses for purchasing managers, a program for trainee agents and various other training courses.
Practical experts from NIRO member companies in the metal, mechanical engineering and industrial electronics sectors have worked together to shape the NIRO Academy’s offering. We now offer a range of seminars on current and traditional topics and adapt the content to your needs.
Our academy was created through the trusting and dynamic work of NIRO members and their motivation to really make a difference. It is characterized by trust, dynamism and a desire for change and makes a decisive contribution to maintaining and developing talent and skills in companies. <\/p>

    Our seminars and training courses take place in the NIRO Harbour Room on the industrial campus in Dortmund harbour. On request, we can also hold them in-house at your company or at another location of your choice.
    Our NIRO-Hafenraum<\/a> offers a modern, practice-oriented learning environment in the innovative industrial campus, which is currently undergoing dynamic development. An inspiring environment is created here – ideal for deepening knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere and gaining new perspectives.
