Our new member company, headquartered in Hamm, is a reliable partner for industry when it comes to the planning, manufacture and assembly of complex industrial systems. Hoffmeier offers a comprehensive service for maintenance work, revisions, conversions and dismantling and could also support other member companies in these areas.

19th NIRO General Meeting at MURTFELDT: Exchange, insights and outlook for 2026
On November 6, 2025, our 19th General Meeting took place at MURTFELDT GmbH & Co. KG in Dortmund – one of the annual highlights in our network calendar. Around 60 managers from our member companies took the opportunity to meet in person, review the year 2025 and set the course for the coming year.

Sustainability working group meeting with impetus for deforestation-free supply chains
The last meeting on the topic of sustainability this year took place in our port area on October 30, 2025. The focus was on current issues in our member companies and information on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

NIRO visits FedEx at Cologne/Bonn Airport
Since July 2025, our member companies have had access via a framework agreement to FedEx, the world’s largest express transportation company, whose shipping services include both domestic and international deliveries and offer a wide range of options for standard and express shipping.
On 30 September 2025, some NIRO members were able to immerse themselves in the world of FedEx at Cologne/Bonn Airport and gained interesting insights into a sophisticated logistical interplay at the central German hub of the world’s largest freight company.

From contact to contract part 1: KODA and BSW-Anlagenbau
Our network not only generates ideas, but also tangible business relationships. Many of our member companies work together as part of our network, in working groups and negotiating groups, in recurring exchanges of experience and in individual projects.
Time and again, we see how valuable our cooperation is: trust grows, distances become shorter and solutions are found more quickly.
