Goals:
- Strengthening and expanding the regional continuing education network, which is supported by various stakeholders
- Processing of the four REGIO job families “Production”, “Sales/Marketing”, “Logistics” and “Sustainability”
- Provision of competency models to determine further training needs that HR managers can use for their strategic personnel development
- Development of tailored training programs with a focus on digital and AI skills, in collaboration with HR managers and training service providers
- Creation of a digital platform as a central interface for the continuing education network
