Six talents from five of our member companies completed the fourth round of the NIRO Academy’s “NIRO Talents” qualification series with a results workshop on April 30, 2025.
This year’s “NIRO Talents” qualification series came to an end on April 30, 2025 with a festive closing workshop in our port room. Six participants from our member companies BJB GmbH & Co. KG, btv technologies GmbH, Diagramm Halbach GmbH & Co. KG, Montanhydraulik GmbH and MURTFELDT Group worked with great commitment on their personal and professional development over several months – and made a valuable contribution to the future viability of their companies in the process.
A qualification program with substance and structure
The “NIRO Talents” qualification series is more than just further training – it is a carefully developed program that focuses on sustainability, practical relevance and the targeted development of potential specialists and managers.
In five intensive training days – supplemented by online formats, peer case consultations and in-house project work – key topics such as project management, self- and change management, digitalization and communication were taught.
Online status reports and accompanying workshops continuously supported the transfer of what had been learned into practice.
Projects with practical relevance and impact
A central component of the training series is the implementation of an internal company project – a real practical test of the knowledge acquired. Together with their managers, the talents identified specific challenges in their company in advance and developed viable solutions that will have an impact beyond the programme.
The following projects were implemented in the companies: “Optimization of scheduling parameters in the SAP system”, “Development of a KPI dashboard for purchasing”, “Introduction of a central service desk system”, “Re-introduction of an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001:2018”, “Establishment of an internal company academy” and “Optimization of the production-related customer interface for the Solutionsbusiness unit”.
The projects that have been implemented show impressively how targeted training not only strengthens individual skills, but also brings about concrete improvements. By closely interlinking theory and practice, “NIRO Talente” creates sustainable benefits for the companies – competent, practical and future-oriented.
There was a lot of positive feedback after the workshop.
The next qualification round will start in fall 2025, when the motto will once again be: Discover talent. Develop potential. Shaping the future.
