So, are you in yet? This is one of the important questions we are currently asking our members. Because we have been working and communicating with the new NIRO app for a month now.
Our NIRO app was launched on February 1, 2025 and replaced NIRO Knowledge.
Around 400 members registered on the new digital communication and information platform, which we also use to manage our events, in the first four weeks. This means that around a third of the old contacts from NIRO Knowledge have moved to our new platform – and the number is growing every day.
Some members are already making intensive use of the contact options available via the NIRO app. Chats in the groups or with each other work perfectly.
We certainly need some new routines.
There is no longer a weekly newsletter. It therefore makes sense to select in the personal profile settings that chat messages and information on events are also sent to your e-mail inbox to keep you up to date.
All those who have already registered should keep their eyes open to see whether certain events could be important for colleagues and draw their attention to them accordingly.
Our network thrives on sharing knowledge and information, and the app makes this possible in a user-friendly way.
Regardless of whether you use the NIRO app on your computer via the browser function or on your smartphone: give us feedback on whether you would like a new group, would like to see certain topics represented or have other ideas. This helps us to continuously improve our app.
We are offering another online information event on March 11, 2025 for anyone who has not yet registered or would like to receive more detailed tips and recommendations on how to use the system.
