Our first meeting of purchasing managers from NIRO member companies this year took place at member company Diagramm Halbach GmbH & Co. In addition to the results of the 2023 sales, the agenda also included resolutions on existing framework agreements as well as an important decision on a new partner for the operating resources division and other purchasing topics for the coming year. In the second part of the meeting, host Philipp Halbach, Managing Director of Diagramm Halbach GmbH & Co. KG, welcomed our working group and introduced his company. His focus was on industrial marking. Diagramm Halbach is a manufacturer of labels, among other things, and presented its complete label portfolio. The Halbach Group is represented by four production sites in Germany and other agencies throughout Europe. Its customers include many well-known industrial companies. The subsequent tour of the production facility provided exciting insights into the world of labels. The requirements for labels are very individual, as there is no bundling.
Bernhard Schmidt and Helen Pfennig from the Industrial Labeling team accompanied our group and were available to answer the participants’ questions.
