For the fifth time, talented individuals from our member companies have completed the training program offered by the NIRO Academy. Motivated young professionals participated in the program to further their professional and personal development over the course of about five months.
On July 10, 2026, the closing workshop for this year’s talent program took place. After several months of intensive project work, the participants presented the results of their internal company projects and reflected together on their personal development as well as the key insights gained from the program, including a session on lessons learned and an in-depth SWOT analysis.
The training covered various knowledge modules, including the fundamentals of successful project management, self-management, change management in improvement projects, the digitization of internal processes, as well as effective presenting, communication, and verbal and nonverbal communication.
In addition, there was an individual project phase for internal company projects, peer case consultations, online meetings to review project status, and now the final workshop held together with supervisors, during which the results were presented.
This round featured talented individuals from our member companies BJB GmbH & Co. KG, byNIRO GmbH, MURTFELDT GmbH & Co. KG, SCHMITZ medical GmbH, SIBA GmbH, and Ventilatorenfabrik Oelde GmbH.
The projects impressively demonstrated the diversity of topics within the companies—ranging from inventory and process optimization to digitalization in production and quality management, as well as the design of a unified trade show presence and the development of new offerings for a younger target audience.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the talented participants on their successful projects and their tremendous dedication.
We would like to thank our member companies and the managers who enable their employees to participate in this program and actively support their professional development.
There will be another round of this training program next year as well—perhaps featuring a promising talent from your company?
Ann-Kathrin Fechner will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the next group of NIRO talents as part of the NIRO Academy.
